About Challanger

Last updated: 08 September 2026

Challanger is a platform for running amateur sport: the competition, the court and the people who take part in it.

What it does

A club, a venue or a single organiser can set up a competition in the format the sport is actually played in — a challenge pyramid, a league, a round robin with groups, a knockout with a consolation draw, a Swiss draw, or a season that combines them — and Challanger keeps the fixtures, the results, the standings and the rankings from there on.

Alongside the competitions, venues publish their courts and their opening hours so players can book a slot, and wellness providers publish their programmes and their staff's availability for reservations.

For players

One account puts your fixtures, your results, your ranking position and your bookings in one place, in your own language, on the phone you carry to the court.

For organisers

The organiser's side takes over the work that used to live in spreadsheets: admitting players, drawing the fixtures, scheduling them onto real courts at real times, collecting results, resolving what the players dispute, and publishing standings that update themselves.

For venues and clubs

A venue manages its courts, its prices and its calendar, and takes bookings and payments through the same platform its competitions run on. A club keeps its members, its teams and its trainings there too.

Sports and languages

Challanger knows the difference between the sports it hosts: tennis, padel, table tennis, badminton, pickleball, boules, chess, football, futsal, basketball, volleyball, handball, cricket, golf and esports each keep their own scoring, their own words and their own result forms.

The interface is available in Slovenian, English, Croatian, Italian, German, Spanish and French.
